Discover the fairest meeting point for everyone.
Each attendee indicates where they're coming from, the group proposes venues, and the final decision is made with a preference vote.
Phases to decide where to meet
- PHASE 01
Collecting starting points
Each attendee shares where they will travel from and their transport preferences.
- PHASE 02
Collecting proposals
Once the most convenient midpoint is calculated, attendees propose venues with address, type of place and notes.
- PHASE 03
Voting
Each guest ranks venues from most to least preferred. Results use the Borda count: rank 1 scores more, rank 2 slightly less, and so on; the venue with the most points wins.
- PHASE 04
Chosen venue
The most voted venue wins. Ties are broken by proximity to the midpoint.
